Memphis Tilth is the non profit organization that Bring It Food Hub operates under. Our mission is to cultivate collective action for an economically sustainable, socially equitable, and environmentally sound local food system. Bring It Food Hub is one aspect of this, but we also provide many other services including agriculture education in schools, maintaining community gardens, providing free direct technical support for new and established farmers, maintaining a community kitchen, and much more. Engaging in any of these programs (including being a member of Bring It Food Hub) is helping to support the creation and sustainability of the local food system.

Bring It Food Hub is licensed with the USDA for GAP & GHP (Good Agricultural Practices and Good Handling Practices) to ensure that all products that come through our hub are top quality. In addition, we maintain a "PIC" (Person In Charge) who is ServSafe Food Safety Manager Certified to ensure that all proper precautions are being followed.
